For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.
Order cancellation after initial purchase
If you should wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to prevent the order being processed and avoid production and any subsequent costs. Cancelling an order prior to production won’t incur any charges and a full refund can be issued within 1-2 working days of receipt of cancellation notice via the payment method of purchase. We would recommend contacting us within 48 hours of order placement. We’re unable to refund, exchange or cancel customised, personalised products after production begins so please ensure accuracy prior to completing your order. Please take note of your order status as once an order status is ‘in production’ we’re unable to cancel. We will notify you via email when your order has been successfully cancelled.
Order returns or exchange
Zino Jewellery offers a full returns and exchange policy on non personalised or customised products. You may return your order within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange (like for like products). Returns information will be provided on your order confirmation email for your reference. Returned products, unless faulty or damaged, will be inspected and should be in re-saleable ‘as new’ condition, unused and returned in its original packaging. If you’re exchanging a non faulty / non damaged item you may be charged as per our delivery costs for packaging and re-delivery.
Damaged or faulty goods
On receipt of your purchase you should ensure all items are in perfect condition. We take great pride in ensuring your order is received exactly as expected and to design specification. We inspect every item prior to packaging and dispatch to ensure the upmost quality. In an unlikely event of postal or manufacturing damage please contact us straight away, be sure to send a photo of the damaged product along with its transit packaging. We can offer an exchange or refund upon confirmation of third party damage or manufacturing fault.
How to return an order
Enclose a copy of your order receipt along with your reason for return and package up securely. Please ensure all items are in their original boxes and packaging where possible, but remove any previous shipping labels or address detail. Please make a note of any postal tracking numbers when returning orders and obtain a certificate of postage along with an appropriate service level. We regret we are unable to reimburse any delivery costs incurred whilst returning your order. Items returned by post can take up to 3 working days to process after reaching us.
Refunds take up to 5 working days to process. We can only refund using the payment method used to place the order. We will notify you via email when your order has been successfully refunded.
