Simply browse around our shop and add your chosen item to your basket. Be sure to check your specifications in the basket before finalising your order. 

We use Paypal Checkout in our shop. This payment method is both secure and quick. Paypal checkout will allow the use of credit and debit cards at point of purchase as well as normal Paypal payments.

For in stock items we aim to dispatch within 7 working days. For any custom orders we quote a standard 25 working day schedule after agreeing your design and specification. Custom orders are governed by their complexity and the volume and nature of material required and therefor we quote a worse-case scenario. 

consultation for custom orders begin with a 2-4 day period where we both transfer information between each other to gain an understanding of what the order will eventually look like when finished  

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition and on time. You will be given a tracking number on dispatch and will need to sign for the package at the delivery address stated on your order.

All jewellery is noted as 9ct gold or solid sterling silver. All items are stamped with the Zino Jewellery mark and hallmarked at the Assay Office.

The Assay office does not require by law jewellery to be stamped under a certain weight , in this case Zino jewellery comes with an certificate card and  gaurantee that the materials used are 9ct gold or sterling silver and can be checked/tested at any jewellery outlet


Yes! We can customise any item you see in our shop. If there is an option you don't see then please get in touch and we can look at creating something special for you.
