While this item or item option is not immediately available we can produce your chosen configuration as a custom build project. Our manufacturing time varies depending on the complexity of the design and the workload of the workshop we use to create it. Our standard manufacturing time is 25 working days from design sign off by the client (if required). The initial design and custom process usually completes in around 2-4 working days.

Because your purchase is important to us both we use the Royal Mail Special Deliver service to ensure security and confidence in your delivery arriving on time and in perfect condition. Our standard charge for this service is £8 which includes all packaging and processing. Any delivery cost is detailed during the checkout process whilst placing your order.

Deliveries to areas defined as out of area are charged at an additional cost. Out of area postcodes refer to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you opt for delivery to a chargeable area we reserve the right to contact you prior to processing your order to claim payment of any additional delivery charge.

Delivering to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey and Jersey also incur an extended delivery charge.

For in stock items we aim to dispatch within 7 working days. For any custom orders we quote a standard 25 working day schedule after agreeing your design and specification. Custom orders are governed by their complexity and the volume and nature of material required and therefor we quote a worse-case scenario.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition and on time. You will be given a tracking number on dispatch and will need to sign for the package at the delivery address stated on your order.
All jewellery is noted as 9ct gold or solid sterling silver. All items are stamped with the Zino Jewellery mark and hallmarked at the Assay Office.
The Assay office does not require by law jewellery to be stamped under a certain weight , in this case Zino jewellery comes with an certificate card and gaurantee that the materials used are 9ct gold or sterling silver and can be checked/tested at any jewellery outlet
